| Do you have any sales records of what was licensed, by whom, and the amount of fees owed you? You might need to engage an attorney to review your contract with NG - there might be language that tries to remove them from the financial relationship. In any event, they are a big enough entity that they would probably be more inclined to respond to an attorney than a lowly photographer. Good luck with this. |

do you have any idea as to what you're owed? is it worth it? at the very least, NG should be made aware of your stinging disappointment. i do recall NG being one of the only publishers to pay that guy that did the screaming photo that went viral a few years back; maybe they'll show the same decency to those of you affected by this terrible situation. |
