I uploaded a HD version of a timelapse video I took at the Pac-12 championship to my smugmug account, but I can't seem to watch it from the account at anything but the smallest setting. I'm wondering if it's just a bandwidth thing and if anybody else can see it?

hey that is a cool time-lapse....I can see it

Yep, I can see it, though bandwidth is a (minor) issue. I had to let pause it and let it buffer for 15-20 seconds to eliminate chop. Very cool timelapse!

Very cool, though it stops a bit suddenly!

Awesome!! Worked fine for me. What's the shutter frequency, and how many shots total was this?

1200 exposures at 1 second. Basically I set it to 1 second exposures and then just locked the remote. I don't have a proper intervalometer yet. I have about 500 more exposures in the series, but the touchdown seemed to be a relatively good place to stop.

Weird that I just can't get it to play at HD. I let it buffer for about a minute, but it just never started.

EDIT: huh, works on the iPad fine.

The PC you are using (regardless of the Mac or Windows) will have issues trying to play HD content if the player it is using does not take advantage of the hardware. Some players will not use the graphics card hardware, and thus try to render the video via the main cpu and memory, which is also being used to run your OS and any other software you are using, like your browser. It is also not designed specifically for graphical graphics processing like your graphics card is.

Thanks! I was up on the roof of the small building on the east end of the stadium. I put the camera on the tripod about six inches high at the very edge so the wide angle could catch the people below.z

I can see it just fine. I only have a laptop, but it fills up my screen.
SUPER SWEET time laps by the way. I really enjoyed watching that. My favorite part is when everyone is spaced out for the kickoff, and then everybody converges at lightning speed.

That's awesome.

Do you mind if I share it?

I need to something like that for an LSU game.

Looks good, just need to pause it and let it load first.

Would be really neat if you had one with everyone showing up or when everyone left.

Same for me, but my connection at the office is very slow.

The video claims to be HD, and also appears to be. Very cool to watch. It's the kind of video you can watch over & over again while focusing on different parts of the action. Well done.

I think it's fine. Probably hard to steal something like this for the wrong use. I always am a little paranoid about that stuff these days.

this time lapse is very interesting, over the course of a football game between entering and exiting the field, set up and the field performances, i like how the sky gives a constant for the time lapse.good work.
