If anyone has the program that was devised by  L2...
Analysis of Current Voting Patterns on DPChallenge.com ....could they please check these scores for me
43 votes - 5.9767
44 votes - 5.8636
The program will not accept the second total because it is saying that the last vote was less than a 1.....and that's after the 42nd and 43rd votes were both 8's.
It's about time the SC or someone figured out a way to get rid of these trolls FOR GOOD.
For me, it's all about your lifetime average which in turn gets trashed because of these morons.
In my opinion no image on this site deserves a 1....just the fact that someone has gone to the effort of taking a shot and spent time processing it deserves more consideration. |

Doing the math shows that vote 44 was likely a 1.
43 x 5.9767= 257
44 x 5.8636 = 258
difference 1
Regarding your small rant, it is possible that someone or several someones vote differently than how you vote.
1 = bad
10 = good
It is conceivable, possible, and even likely, that someone could rate images they consider 'bad' to be worthy a 1, and thereby matching the rating guide provided below the photo.

| ALSO....it is conceivable you got a low vote AND someone who had already voted revised their vote to a lower score. |

Sucking after last night's 6+. I've been away for several months, the drop in voter scoring I'd observed then seems to be even worse now, in a 2 challenge sample. Are we supposed to just get used to it? The image I entered in the FS would have been an easy 6.2+ in the past.

Please clarify...are you saying that if someone uses a shot from a photo shoot they did in a month you don't think they are spectacular? |

Score seems pretty stable. And a FAV!!! Very happy :-)
I find it hilarious that Free Studies are supposed to be much harder scoring than normal challenges, and yet I have scored a 6 in the last 3 Free Studies (including this one), but HAVE NOT scored a 6 in any of the regular challenges in between them.
I wonder if that has something to do with percentiles. Because I very frequently finish in the 70%, and for a normal challenge that is not a 6, but for a Free Study it is. |

It always seems to happen during the night so I propose there's a dpc-wide collusion whereby you vote down images when the photographer of those images are in bed :)
