Is it possible to activate uploading from iPad? I'm often traveling and it's easy to transfer images from my cameras to my iPad where I also can edit them. Would've been nice to be able to submit them for challenges as well.

ETA: Ugh! Should've said "Ability to upload images from iPad"
ETA and this post was supposed to be and edit on the post above. Morphine and posting with an iPad is clearly a bad combination. LOL

There would probably have to be an application written for DPC to do that. The web browser assumes a file system which isn't exposed on the iPad.

A custom application could use the iPad Photo Application API to browse the photo library for images to upload.

I'd like to write one eventually, but I don't know Objective C very well (not much of a programmer anyway), and it would require Langdon to expose some web services for the DPC functionality. Not sure he's ready or willing to do that.

You're right David. There has to be an application written for DPC. . And by using the iPad photo API, it could be very slick. I know Xcode well but not as experienced in objective-C as I want to be. Web apps are fairly easy though. And for just uploading images it should be easy to whip something together. But as you said; Langdon would need to do something on his side or open up som web services.

Would be nice to travel with only Leica and iPad and be able to submit.
