the first time i checked i was at 6.25, now i'm at more realistic 5.2727
a lot of over-topazed shots i think, and only a few that actually match the challenge description... |

Not sure I agree with you......I did see one shot with a distinct halo, but I'm pretty sure it was Photomatix or LucisArt.......8~)

quite... I'm not a huge fan of Topaz, even though I occasionally use it a bit myself ... feels too much like cheating on the processing to me, I feel more noble using curves in Nikon Capture etc. |

Hmmm... most of the picutres have some or a lot of rust in them. I'm guessing you are drawing a distinction between 'around it' and 'with it' :-/ |

i'm just being a hypocrite, because i submitted a close-up of a rusty object and expected punishment because there is no composition of a photograph around it, but then i found out i'm by far not the only one. so there won't be much punishment then :)
