Nikon AF Nikkor 50mm f/1.8D

Thanks, already looked in to those. I guess they would work. Im just worried about the fit, but I guess they are all pretty much the same.

Dell uses Sony and NEC drives. I can not locate any of the newer NEC's they use. The Sony drives are terrible and I refuse to use another one.

C'mon...no one has any suggestions? Someone must have had to replace their laptop drive at one time.

Thats the drive...but not sure I would buy it from that store. They only have 1 rating on resellerratings.com. I want to buy from a reputable dealer.

As far as the drive goes...It doesn't have to be that one. I am looking for suggestions on a good one to replace my original.
