| We have contacted him twice, including directly by email, and he is not responding. I wanted to be sure the new ribbon and HM would get at least a day in the sun. If he DOES contact us later with a halfway decent excuse we'll deal with that then, but the rules are quite clear :-( |

ouch :(
I see Russ had an entry after almost 11+ years and that too was a Ribbon. I would request SC to notify him one more time just in case if he has not seen the email because of holiday season. Please. |
