My entry actually did a bit better than I thought it would when I put it in, so I'm fine with having chosen it. However, I had shown all three to some other people, mostly non-DPC photographers but two long-time members here, with varying results. Though most people liked my entry fine, only one thought it had the most potential for a Stripes theme, so I am curious.

Love to hear feedback, message me to help me improve is welcomed :-) Thank you

The other one I really wanted to enter which I prob. should have was going to be that first photo listed on that link..
The others were just ones that I played with, but I kinda liked them too and it turned out better than I thought... The reason I chose my entry because it was what the contest was about was more focus on the stripes instead of the army guys.. but I guess the blurry stripes of the flag would have been ok with having more focus on a few army guys like my first photo on the outtake link....and it was my outake on why I chose what I did.. This is what I am having a hard time with my learning curve when it comes to these challenges.. do we go straight for the main thing or is it ok to have something a bit blurry if it was the main subject? like the ones in my link?
