I don't know what the law is elsewhere but if your photograph contain children unrelated to you and they are recognisable you
may be in trouble with the law. That is the position in NZ Privacy law and it has big teeth that BITE.

this is why I am giving this challenge a miss,.

My Son is a senior Kindie Teacher and he cautioned me about this .

I don't know about the laws else where but NZ treats the Privacy laws seriously and treats breaches of it as a serious criminal matter

I'm sure a valid concern, however, if you read the description there are several types of "playgrounds" that would work for subject material.

'Literally, "places where you play". Kids have 'em, grownups have 'em. Show us a playground.'

No need to miss out on the challenge.

Include their toys with some weird lens effects and knock out 3 challenges in one outing. Four if their toys also happen to be farm animals. :P

... and capture it between 5 and 11am in the morning and you've knocked out 5 challenges.

Now, how do you factor in the Solar Eclipse?

Go to a gathering of Eclipse Freaks and that'll be a "playground", eh? Of course, that only works in North America this time around...

So, a reasonably long exposure would do the trick? Get blurs of action. *shrug* Always a way around these things. :-)
