It was a long read (the first post), but it was worth it. Congrats to all HM's and the jury, thanks for all the work!

I have been away from my computer and cannot truly visit here by phone effectively. I am looking forward to tomorrow when I can spend time with the photos discussed here, and revisit those I liked in the challenge. Many thanks to the jury!!

Grats to those who made it to the list but I am very disappointed to be in the shoes of Manet yet again.

If we do this again, I would suggest a call for volunteers. But in order to volunteer, you have to agree to write at least 500 words on any photo you nominate.

honestly, if I had a couple more days I would have written an entire story about that hat.

Wow - this was one extraordinary reading. Thank you so much jurors, for your patience and eloquence. I'll be coming back to this thread.

What jagar said - why not have a couple of Fine Arts or similar challenges over the year, with you as a jury?

Congratulations to all the HMs, what a gorgeous group! I'm sorry for not being around to comment, but most of your choices were also my 7-10 votes :-). This challenge has once again produced some remarkable pictures.

truly honored to be included. thanks Don and jury,for dedication and eloquence. i would also like to thank everyone who entered the challenge. there are a lot of photographs worth taking a second look and enjoying.

Please do. I knew I should have gone ahead with a self-DQ, but a SCer talked me out of it

So, where's the gif for everyone else? The rest of us whom the jury clearly considers to be unartistic?

I have finished reading and absorbing and I want to thank all who participated, voted, commented... with a particular thanks to the jury for their superior effort and eloquent findings. I am so pleased to have my entry selected and to be noted amongst such a field of worthiness. Thanks again.
