It gets a little frustrating to have to click twice and scroll every time a new PM is added to a multi page PM thread, is it possible to get a little "go to the last post" arrow in the PMs like there are on the forum posts?

You already have this feature, basically; it's at the upper right of each PM. "Reverse" is what it's called. It stacks the posts with most recent on top.

However, I would like to have a reply button at the top, so I don't have to scroll down so far to respond.

What annoys me though is that when you reverse PM's, it also reverses threads in the forums automatically which is very confusing!

I like the forum threads reversed, I guess I am just used to it that way. I always scroll to the bottom to figure out what is going on and then if I want to catch up on a thread I just have to read the last few posts that I have missed.

The point here is you can reverse/revert at will, and it's faster than scrolling a multi-page message. So if you prefer to keep things in default order, just do the reverse as needed, and revert when done.

I hadn't really noticed the reverse link TBH, though it just leaves me with more clicks again rather than just clicking on the little arrow and going straight to where I want to be. Also, if several PMs have been added to the PM thread I still have to scroll, a minor inconvenience, but annoying yet still a pretty easy thing to fix. It also adds continuity for users as then the PM system works in the same way as the forums.
