Looks like you got some sensor dust there... lots to see, like smoldering embers under the mountain!

I really like the idea and execution but you pushed the highlights in her eye a bit too far for my liking, unnaturally bright and distracting. I also wonder, the eyes instinctively close when something is "shot" in their direction... so how did she not flinch with powdery explosions on her face? The more I think about this last point the more the aqua looks pasted in and not occurring during the shoot.

Glad to see I'm not the only one shooting sunflowers in IR!
The dodge on the petals seems a tad overdone.

Desert Date orchard

What an odd orchard. This would've also been a good entry into the "*Green" challenge since that is quite a clever way to reuse old tires, it might've even placed higher there since there's so few entries.
I really like how muted the tons are, especially since a desert scene is one that is typically very bright. It does appear to be unlevel but I have a feeling that's just an illusion created by the darker trees in the background on the right and the extreme wide angle.

I will definitely be coming back to this one.

I didn't even notice the cross of the church, it's so teeny. Maybe if you had tied up a hot blonde and put her on the tracks people would've paused longer to soak up the scene you've presented.
I'm glad you didn't go with HDR.
