It almost looks like the weather here this week. The composition and content here are likely my favorites of all time. I love the mill and the stacked fences, and the vines up the side of the building. flat water with reflections always imparts a calm mood. This is very well photographed.

Great shapes and pattern, the top quarter I find personally distracts from the water flow and doesn't, I feel, contribute to the image so I would be tempted to crop it out. The left hand third, cropped or not is another question, it does add context, but without it, perhaps gives the water with a milky flow more impact - hmm interesting might be worth experimenting and I would love to hear your thoughts
