My Front Yardby EmerkazaComment by Ja-9: this soooo reminds me of Michigan...well except the Mountain in the BG...sigh...ok, all the deep fluff....trees weighed down from the snow...great shot...it transports me back to my childhood (and that's an accomplishment...hmmm) |

My Front Yardby EmerkazaComment by giantmike: That's a pretty cool view for a front yard, I'm jealous. The swing in there is doing two things for me. First, it adds interest and context. But it's also somehow disrupting the harmony of the trees. |

I quite like this photo and gave it a 6 in voting. Would have given it a 7 or 8 if something other than just the trees on the left was in focus. Great composition, great capture... just the focus hurt you big time I reckon. |

The composition and colours of this shot are good, however, the processing has left it looking very flat and unnatural... there's also a little too much going on above and behind the main flower which distracts the viewer away from the main subject. |
