Funny. Just saw your bean shot in the street photos in color challenge, and then clicked your name. It brought me here. When I saw this photo, I realized I had taken one just like it. So I thought I'd show you... Then I saw that I've already once commented on this image! Thought I was being original with mine--but you had already done it!

I felt like you could actually use more noise in this image... as well as more sharpness. I took a crack at editing it for critique sake to see what you think. If you don't want it in my workshop, I'll remove it.

Glad to see you are enjoying this side challenge. I like the idea of trying to think creatively about what the camera can do. What is amazing is how good these images look! I think you image here, while not as sharp as a tripod ISO 100 shot, has a bit of character to it. Your colors are well saturated, and the grain adds something.

This one is a classic. Great expression and eyes. I've enjoyed taking pictures of my friends kids--they change faces so fast! My friends enjoy it too, as my camera gets 3 frames per second, while they are still trying to focus their point and shoot!
