Ryn is short for Kathryn, our fourth daughter who didn't survive to full term this year.
John was close. Elevator door closing created the blur. Rotating 90 degrees and increasing the contrast split my reflection in to two, i.e. father/daughter, in my mind. The hallway light (far left) is my Byzantium. I've always enjoyed the spirituality of this poem which prompted me to shoot for the challenge, besides, riding up and down an elevator during lunch is always fun.
Paul, spirituality, with or without a god, or gods, is a slippery fish. Perfect choice of words. |
