Beautiful colors. Like the texture contrast of the sharp feathers, yet the beak so smooth. Excellent composition. The small frame adds to the overall pleasing effect of this photograph. Very well done! Should place in the top 3. I give it a 10.

I really like the perspective used in this photograph. Terrific sky. Great focus and fitting tone. Full of highly visual symbolism, death, resurrection, heaven. Fits this challenge. Very creative and well done!

Great photograph! Like the composition, the framing of the bird in the window bars. Really like the dark tone and how lighting used. Lots of drama here. Very interesting pov. A favorite of mine in this challenge. Could be used to illustrate Edgar Allen Poe, "The Raven."

Pleasing color and use of lighting. Great bokeh! A little sharper focus on the bird would improve this photograph. I know these small birds move fast, and lack of lens reach can cause this softness. Good luck in this challenge.
