I like your idea for the challenge. The pose portrays a lot of feeling. I like the lighting on his face, but fear hers is a little blown-out. That may have been your intent. I don't mind that on high contrast photos, but I think it's the inconsistency between his skin and hers that is distracting to me. The only other suggestion I offer is to sharpen it a little. I like your idea for the challenge and the textures. I believe cropping more off the top would make for a stronger composition. And the flower definitely should have been sharper. If at all possible try to reshoot this. I think you've got a potentially great image here.

What a beautiful, creative image!!! My only suggestion for improvement -- and, hey, what do I know? -- would be to crop it closer at the top and bottom so you just had the window fill the frame. Excellent image!!

This is a super idea. I would have scored it higher if the background had not appeared noisy -- it may just be texture, but I felt it was distracting -- and if the whites had not been so blown out on the upper part of the flower. I also think a stronger composition would have helped. I wish I could make these remarks sound "softer" because I really think your idea was great and you were able to catch that drop with such clarity. I see a lot of creativity and potential in the image and hope this will help encourage you to continue to pursue excellence. Trust me, it will probably end up scoring higher than mine!! LOL!
