A beautiful morningby pgirish007Comment: This seems like a traditional landscape view, with little sense of being from above, despite the foreground branches. |

Spanakopitaby mariucaComment: Beautifully prepared. -- the Spanakopita, the arrangement, and the image! Congratulations.!
It conjures up the mouth feel that comes from biting into those delicate but crispy layers of pastry to reach the wonderful mix of spinach and feta cheese inside.

Evening Grasses, Fading Graceby Bear_MusicComment: Thank you for capturing these in all their magnificent form and beauty. It's lovely how we can enjoy them both in their (occasional) stillness and also when they dance across the window in the wind all winter long.
.. You promised to share your processing secrets for this image with me :-) |

happenstanceby flahermaComment: There is a lot I like about this image, but I find the out of focus tree dividing the image in two rather distracting, at least most of the time ~ it seems to vary! |

Autumn portraitby hajekaComment: Back to comment. I like this one a lot, the interesting composition, great textures, and the limited palette are all factors. |

These Birds Are Known For a Behavior Called Murmuration by GolferDDSComment: A wonderful capture, with the tree providing added visual interest and a sense of the scale of the gathering, and an interesting sky as a backdrop to it all.
We get murmurations of Tree swallows on the outer Cape. They drop in to feed on certain berries, in addition to their more usual diet of insects, during their migration along the Atlantic coast. |
